Spiral Classifier Introduction:

Spiral Classifier has 4 types, high-dam single spiral, high-dam double spiral, submerged single spiral and submerged double spiral. It is widely used in beneficiation plants for classifying mineral sand with Ball Mill to form closed cycle for classifying mineral sand and fine mud, in the process of metal beneficiation for granularity classifying of ore magma and ore washing process for desliming and dewatering. It has the features of simple structure, reliable operation, and convenient operation.

Spiral Classifier Working Principle:

Different solid granularities have different gravity and thus have different dropping speed. The fine ore granularities floating in the water will overflow and the big ones will sink to the bottom and discharge from the upper part by spiral pushing. It can filter the granularities from the machine and then spin the rough particles to charging part by spiral vane and discharge the fine granularities from the overflow pipe. The water inlet of spiral axle and axle head adopt pig iron cover for wear proofing and long life operation.
